The paddles were fine, but I’m disappointed the paddle on the handcuff case broke off where it’s fastened with screws. The reason I ordered 2 paddles was because with the excessively high shipping charge I might as well order 2. I was willing to initially pay more for a G&G cuff case and believe there was no explainable reason for the paddle to break, but when it did, the G&G customer service rep I called and spoke with on 8-18-26 at 1:23P should have done more to accommodate me other than referring me to the G&G website to order a replacement paddle with expensive shipping charges. The CS rep also referenced that paddles often break because the user doesn’t “rotate” when removing the cuff case. FYI, I did and still do “rotate” when removing a paddle case or holster, and in the 46 years and counting of my law enforcement career, that G&G cuff case is the only paddle case or holster of the many I own that has failed with the paddle breaking off. G&G should provide better customer service and stand behind products that customers pay a premium price for. Lesson learned.
