Gould & Goodrich Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All return requests and delivery-related issues must be reported within 30 days of the order ship date.

Before returning any item, please email us at gandgorders@gouldusa.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without an RA number may experience delays in processing.

Return Timeframe

  • You have 30 days from the ship date to contact us regarding a return.

  • You also have 30 days from the ship date to report any packages that are lost or marked as delivered but not received. Claims reported after 30 days cannot be guaranteed.

Once you have your RA number, please choose one of the return options below:

Self-Return

  • Request an RA # and ship your return to the address below using your preferred shipping method.

  • Include a piece of paper inside the package with your name, order number, and RA # to ensure smooth processing.

Prepaid Return Label

  • Email gandgcustomerservice@gouldusa.com to request an RA # and a USPS return label.

  • A $7 Return Shipping Fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is received.

Exchange Options

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or type, we offer two options:

1. Refund and Reorder

  • Request an RA # and ship the item to the address below.

  • Once the return is received, a store credit will be issued so you can place a new order for the correct item.

  • If a prepaid return label was used, the $7 Return Shipping Fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. Invoice Exchange

  • We invoice a $14 Exchange Fee to cover both the return shipping and the shipment of the new item.

  • If you choose to ship the item back yourself, we will invoice a $7 Exchange Fee to cover the shipment of the exchanged item.
