Lights summary:
TELR X4000 models are intended to accommodate mounted lights regarded as “full size” with two CR123 batteries installed side by side. They will afford the least amount of interior holster movement and are regarded as having both the least potential for noise (rattle) and the most potential security.
TELR X5000 models are intended to accommodate mounted lights regarded as “compact” with one CR123 battery installed in parallel to the direction of the lens will fit.
Users may find that rail mounted compact lights fit into models intended for full size lights. However, they can create a gap between the light and the holster body which increases movement in the holster. This movement can result in increased noise (rattle) and greater potential to lever the firearm off the internal retention mechanism.
Lights, full size or compact, that are equipped with under mounted laser aiming devices will not fit in the TELR. Accommodating them would mean opening the gap below the trigger guard and potentially allowing for debris or other objects to be introduced into the holster.

OPTICS SUMMARY
TELR models with an open front above the slide near the rear sight are intended to accommodate most commonly used optics. The popularity of mounted optics has resulted in fast paced product development and evolution. Evolving optic dimensions, protective shrouds, and mounting methods may affect the holster fit for firearms with mounted optics.
